Made this tonight. Not the most colorful dish but tastes awesome. The onion-looking stuff is fennel stalk. There's also pine nuts in there. Post food you made or ate.

Made tonight, vegan, on-the-fly, very happy with the results (and so was my very hungry/pregnant wife!): 3 small potatoes rough cut 2 large bell peppers rough cut half a head of garlic finely minced Sautee all this in a pot with some extra virgin olive oil for a few minutes. Throw in some water to cover all the pieces. While you're bringing it up to a boil add: urfa biber, nutmeg, mustard powder, ghost chili-infused salt, fresh crack black pepper, cracked salt, and just a pinch of the garlic/chili paste of your choice (I use the Sriracha brand). Once it's boiling, add some sort of dry bean medley. I used a 21 bean mix from a bulk grocery store with lentils, split pea, etc. Cover that bad boy and simmer on low until your beans are cooked all the way. Dish up in a large communal bowl and enjoy with tostada shells.

For some reason this sandwich looks pretty delicious. I once made this with some friends: Vegan seitan foetus with champigon gravy. This vegan Christ Child my ex-room-mate did looks even better:

That vegan christ child is amazing! I'm not vegan, maybe I'll try to make a meatloaf that looks similar but I don't know if the meat would hold up well enough to preserve facial features like that.
Made a soup tonight, nothing special just chicken broth, a small amount of wild rice, sausage (I forget what kind, maybe Kielbasa), potatoes, onions and some seasonings.

Tonight will be minced meat with cream, mushrooms, onions and some nice, hot piri piri served with rice.

Heh, piri over here means speed (Amphetamine), in slang.
