Watched Videodrome for the first time in awhile the other day. While sitting around I also listened to both commentaries as well. After that I wanted to watch Cosmopolis again but decided to just watch David Cronenberg interviews instead.

If you type "For One Week Only David Lynch Documentary" a dude's youtube channel will come up and he uploads a ton of really cool made for tv documentaries. I watched Alejandro Jodorowsky's and Dennis Hopper's. I think he has like 94 videos.

Jodorowsky is a very good movie producer, but I saw an interview in which he claims that crippled children exist because of generations and generations of family secrets. wtf?

I haven't seen it yet. I know Scat-o-logy has it. I used to collect all of Unearthed Films output, but in the past year or so I've lost interest. They're failed upcoming releases were far more interesting than what they've actually released. Biro seems to have strayed from the extreme japanese videos that sparked most people's interest in the company in the first place.

I've watched it twice. Very good film but I'm not some Shakespeare prude, and I don't understand a lot of the Olde English style dialect and prose which is why I watched it twice. It's Coriolanus brought into modern time. The main city is a new Rome and it is totally reflective of America or some type of European Union with its liberal degeneration and multiculturalism. The rival town is Volsci which is a beautiful ethnic homogeneous society opposed to the decadence of Rome and true to their cause until the end, killing even their own if they show any weakness or thought against the cause. The main character, Caius Martius Coriolanus, is at first a very honorable and awesome character until he is betrayed. From the middle to the end it is pretty much a great revenge flick. The "nature" aspect, as shown on the poster above, reminds me of some of the thoughts Hitler shared in the earlier chapters of "Mein Kampf".
